Pre-owned Cartier Santos de Cartier ref WSSA0037 (2022) is stunning and undeniably contemporary in steel and grey. The ADLC bezel features a deep metallic tone, complimenting the matching dial. The example you see here is paired with the metal bracelet, complete with an innovative QuickSwitch system. At the same time, this watch is a classic Cartier watch through and through. The square-shaped case features visible screws on the bezel, and the crown is decorated with a striking black cabochon. Ref. WSSA0047 also sports the Cartier caliber 1847 MC mechanical movement, sapphire crystal, and water resistance up to 100 meters.
